You already know how to fix that. byoutoyou finds them, arranges the visit with the unit, handles the money, and sends you a hospital, a room and a time — inside the radius you set, never outside it.

You keep the majority of that; the commission is shown before you accept any job, and there is no fee to join, no subscription, and no charge for a job you decline. Payment reaches you after the visit — never in cash, never from the patient's hands.
What we ask
- A current cosmetology, barbering, esthetics or nail licence in the state where you would work. Give us the number — we check it against your state board's public register ourselves, so there is nothing to photograph.
- Your own liability insurance, $1M per occurrence. Your insurer can email the certificate straight to us.
- A background check, run before your first visit by a licensed screening provider who verifies your identity directly. We never ask you to send a photo of an ID, a passport or a Social Security card — if any platform asks you to email those, that is your cue to stop.
- Personal care only — no clinical work of any kind, and the unit's answer is always final.
What we do not ask
- No exclusivity, no minimum, no shifts. Decline anything, for any reason, with no penalty.
- No non-compete and no non-solicitation. A family you meet through us is yours to keep working with, on the platform or off it.
- No travel outside the radius you declare. We will never offer you a hospital you cannot reach.
